Hi! We are Apol and Pierre Massebieau, and this shop is a product of our love for weekends spent visiting the vintage markets here in the south of France where we live.
Pierre is a computer technician, but with a fondness for the things that remind him of his childhood spent in these parts. Apol has been running a shop here on Etsy since July of 2007. Please have a look at La Pomme ( http://www.lapomme.etsy.com ) for her feedback history. We share most of the work in the running of this shop, but Apol is in charge of communication. Convos and e-mails are her domain.
The objects you'll find here are mostly pieces made in France in the last century; on occasion we may list things manufactured in neighboring European countries, if they have been used widely in France at some point in time. We will always try to tell you a bit of our pieces' history.

Payment
We accept only Paypal for all buyers except those who live in France. If you're based in Europe and would like to pay in Euros, please make your purchase at Etsy and then send us a message via the Conversations or Convo feature before paying. We will send you a revised invoice so you can pay in your chosen currency.
Residents of France can pay by a check funded in Euros and issued from a French bank account. The item will be shipped as soon as the check has been received and has cleared.

Shipping
Your order will ship in the three days following confirmation of payment. We'll send you a note to inform you when your purchase has been mailed.
We send our products by priority airmail. There is no way of tracking regular priority airmail. They usually reach their destination in 7 to 14 days, less if you live in Europe. However, please be aware that sometimes the postal gods are fickle; some packages can reach their destination after over 20 days. Please be patient.
All purchases of US$60 and above will automatically be sent via REGISTERED priority airmail.
If you prefer to have your packages with a value of less than US$60 sent REGISTERED, send us a message before making your purchase and we will send you a revised invoice. To the United States, this will add four euros (4€) to your shipping cost. We will convert this to US dollars at the time of purchase.
Please note that we will always ship to the address given by Etsy. If you want us to ship to a different address, please indicate this in your Message to Seller. We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered because the address given by the buyer through Etsy is inaccurate.
Yes, we will combine shipping for multiple orders. You can either send us a message via Etsy's Conversations or Convo feature so we can revise the shipping rates before you make your purchase, or you can go ahead and pay, and we will issue you a refund via Paypal.
